STAFF PRODUKSI
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring production activities in the company based on strategy that has been set
- Oversee production process and drawing up production schedule for everyday
- Organizing workers and making sure target are met
- Create effective procedure to ensure production system operates at peak efficiently
- Creates, manage, and well planned production target
- Monitor production to meet expectations and deadlines
- Optimized production machines to reach the target with efficient and smoothly
- Responsible for periodically reporting to Production Manager regarding production progress
- Work closely with techniciants, warehouse, and other intenal related parties
Requirements:
- Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering with GPA min. 2.75
- Age : max. 35 years old
- Proven experience in production function Plastic Injection company
- Manufacturing experience is a must
- Strategic initiative: ability to identify issues, develop recommendations, and implement the solutions
- Strong leadership skill with good attitude
- Computer skills with proficiency in standard Ms.Office
- Penempatan Sidoarjo
